Kierston Phillips

Carrollton, Georgia

I am a lifelong resident of Carroll County. After graduating from Carrollton High School, I obtained my Bachelors in Accounting and Masters in Public Administration from the University of West Georgia. Upon graduating law school from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, I was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2013. Since being admitted to the practice of law, I have proven that I am not afraid to go to trial and have had numerous successful outcomes in doing so. I have also been successful in obtaining settlements that my clients deserved. Being a licensed mediator who regularly resolves disputes, I know how to address the points of contention in order to get the best possible outcome for my client. I personally give each case the attention that it deserves and work closely with each of my clients.

My strategy in each case is to engage in aggressive and often neglected pretrial motions and negotiations to give my clients an advantage throughout their case.
